How soon do I need to reserve a delivery?

A few days is usually enough however, in dry times, we can get booked up quickly. So, the earlier, the better.

If we arrive with your water and you don't want it, you will be charged for the delivery. Be sure to cancel our services at least 24 hours before your delivery date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel your deliveries 24 hours ahead, if possible. If we deliver your water and you decide you don't want it or your tanks are full, you will be charged for the delivery unless you have called to cancel.

How much will it cost?

Your cost will depend on where you are located. You may request a quote in the contact section of this website, or by calling 512-858-5250. Please provide your physical address, including zip code, and the amount of water you need. We'll get back to you with a quote.

How close do you need to park your truck to the tank or pool?

We include 100 feet of hose in the price of your delivery. We can provide additional hoses to meet your needs, but there is an additional hose charge per 50 feet after the first 100 feet. Be sure to let us know if it will take more than 100 feet from where the truck will be parked to the tank or pool so we can include it in your quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and checks on the day of delivery and VISA, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express the day before delivery
